About this deal

A player may mortgage a property once all of the buildings in its colour set have been sold. To mortgage, the property's title deed is flipped over, revealing the "mortgaged" side, and the player collects the mortgage value from the Bank. Whilst a property is mortgaged rent cannot be collected on it. However, mortgaged streets in a monopoly do not prevent the unimproved unmortgaged properties in that colour set from charging double rent. The boosted rent from owning multiple railroads/stations or utilities may be collected in the same manner even if some of those properties are mortgaged. You can own phone and internet utilities. If a player lands on both of these utilities you own, they pay you 1,00,000 times the amount on the die roll. 2. Selling property: If you throw doubles, you move your token as usual, the sum of the two dice, and are subject to any privileges or penalties pertaining to the space on which you land. Retaining the dice, throw again and move your token as before. If you throw doubles three times in succession, move your token immediately to the space marked "In Jail". There are two types of buildings in Monopoly: houses and hotels. Houses, which are coloured green, are always built first, followed by hotels, which are coloured red. A player may build buildings at any time they like – they do not have to wait for their turn. The prices of houses and hotels are listed on the street's title deed - ₩50 for the browns and light blues, ₩100 for the pinks and oranges, ₩150 for the reds and yellows and ₩200 for the greens and dark blues.

The Bank is central to the Monopoly game: it stores money, pays salary for passing Go, and, of course, exchanges money with players. The Bank is run ONLY by the Banker, who is elected at the start of a game.

The other buttons on the monopoly electronic banking machine are the number keys. Reset Monopoly Electronic Banking machine Finally, if the player lands on Go to Jail, they must move their token to the "In Jail" section of the Jail space immediately. They move directly into Jail, so they do not pass GO and do not collect a salary, and their turn is over. If a player is in the very unfortunate situation where they have sold all of their buildings and mortgaged all of their properties, and still do not have enough money to pay a debt, that player is bankrupt, and they are eliminated from the game. What happens next depends on who bankrupted them: The players landing on your utilities must pay you a usage fee, which is 40,000 times the amount in the dice roll.

The players must reset the monopoly electronic banking machine before starting the game. Before resetting the machine, you need to remove all the cards. Money can be loaned to a player only by the Bank and then only by mortgaging property. No player may borrow from or lend money to another player. If you are not "sent to jail" but in the ordinary course of play lands on that space, you are "Just Visiting", you incur no penalty, and you move ahead in the usual manner on your next turn. You still are able to collect rent on your properties because you are "Just Visiting". There are 28 properties in the game, each of which has a title deed card associated with it, detailing rent, building cost and mortgage value. The properties are divided as follows: If you would rather design your own card, perhaps with a photo of your pet or family. This can be down via our online Bank Card Creator.

Like other Monopoly versions, the Monopoly Electronic banking has several rules for Jail, property buying, selling, and more. Image of Electronic banking board Monopoly: Electronic Banking Edition is an update for Monopoly Here & Now first released in 2006. As with the Here & Now Edition, properties and tokens are changed to reflect modern times. The player who mortgages property retains possession of it and no other player may secure it by lifting the mortgage from the Bank. However, the owner may sell this mortgaged property to another player at any agreed price. If yo u are the new owner, you may lift the mortgage at once if you wish by paying off the mortgage plus 10% interest to the Bank. If the mortgage is not lifted at once, you must pay the Bank 10% interest when you buy the property and if you lift the mortgage later you must pay the Bank an additional 10% interest as well as the amount of the mortgage. Finally, press the pay-in button that appears as a person with a plus sign and remove your card. How does the Monopoly Electronic Banking machine work?
